Privacy policy

Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Baytekin Media Sp. z o.o., ul. Samsonowicza 31A, 40-749 Katowice, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000512910, NIP 9542749236. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@baytekin.info.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you write to us through the form we receive your name, email address, subject and message, together with technical data sent by your browser: your IP address, the country it resolves to, the time of sending and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to read and answer your message and to keep the form free of spam and abuse.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your message concerns a possible agreement with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Giving us this data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without a name and an email address.
Visiting the site. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who processes the data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, security and the Turnstile anti-spam check on the contact form.
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Google Workspace) — storing and delivering contact-form messages to our inbox.
Both act as our processors under data-processing agreements. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for 3 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If a message leads to a business relationship, the correspondence becomes part of that relationship's records and is kept as long as the law requires. Rate-limiting records (your IP address and a counter) are deleted automatically after one hour.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, email hello@baytekin.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
